It’s been five weeks since Lara Fabian, Amel Bent, Florent Pagny, and Tayc, the new kid on the block, have been handing out the famous “I want you in my team” during the 15th season of “The Voice”. And the production has planned a thousand and one surprises to spice up the competition! From adding secret weapons, blocks (and deblocks), to the photobooth offered by Tayc to the talents who join his team, iconic figures from the show’s history like Mika, who tricked Florent Pagny, Amir, Linh, and Claudio Capéo have gathered at the Lendit studios for a trip down memory lane. During the casting, viewers were able to see former talents from “The Voice Kids,” the brother of a famous singer, and even a former “Star Academy” semi-finalist!
“Make some noise for my superstar”
However, the biggest surprise of the season will only arrive in the sixth week of broadcasts. This Saturday night on TF1, “The Voice” will offer a “world first”: co-coaches from the blind auditions onward! Specifically, four former coaches of the program will come to the aid of Florent Pagny, Lara Fabian, Tayc, and Amel Bent for four nights. The identity of the first guest was revealed in the teaser that concluded the last episode. “Please, make some noise for my superstar… Matt Pokora!” exclaims Amel Bent, excitedly, while embracing her friend. How will this unprecedented process unfold?

The one who led Lisandro Cuxi to victory in 2017 will sit directly beside Amel Bent, but they will only have one buzzer between them. This means the two artists will have to align their thinking before triggering it! The production of “The Voice” has seemingly recovered the double chair in which Bigflo and Oli operated for two seasons for this unique mechanism that will last until April 25th. The other three coaches will also get the same helping hand.
In the upcoming episodes, Kendji Girac will assist Tayc, while Louis Bertignac will make his grand return to “The Voice” after 12 years to help Lara Fabian make her choices. “I’ve loved him forever,” marvels the singer. Finally, Florent Pagny will welcome his great friend Zazie: “She’s been my buddy for a long time and her advice is always extraordinary. I know she won’t be lost.” The coaches’ goal remains the same: to build the best possible team for the next stage, the group performances.
