Kylian Mbappé had his hands on the World Cup in 2018 before narrowly missing out on back-to-back success in Qatar four years later. As the captain of the French team approaching the 2026 edition, Mbappé recently participated in a commercial shoot along with other football stars at a unique location.

This was the final event before heading into the actual tournament. Last week marked the last international break for national teams before preparing for the FIFA World Cup in North America. From June 11 to July 19, Lionel Messi will defend his title with the Argentinian team against 47 other competitors, including the French team led by captain Kylian Mbappé.

Messi, Vinicius Jr, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Mbappé compete in Lego World Cup

Real Madrid star has been part of two World Cup finals in two appearances. With four goals in two finals, he could surpass or equal Miroslav Klose’s record of 16 goals, currently standing at 12. In a Lego commercial promoting the World Cup on the other side of the Atlantic, Mbappé was joined by Cristiano Ronaldo, Vinicius Jr, and Lionel Messi.

The intense battle between the four stars ended with a young Lego fan’s victory

The prominent figures from the French, Portuguese, Brazilian, and Argentinian teams playfully competed in assembling the Lego version of the World Cup, aiming to place their Lego figure on the trophy. Despite the friendly competition and the desire for “everyone to have their share,” as the commercial slogan suggests, a young boy had the final say by hiding his figure inside the World Cup at the very top. A lighthearted exchange before potential on-field battles in the upcoming tournament.
