The Uzan home hosted a new edition of Garbur’Oc, an event now firmly established in local life. Supported by the festival committee, in partnership with the Le Sourire des Anges association, the event was, once again, able to combine festive spirit and solidarity commitment.
Throughout the evening, the guests shared a warm moment, punctuated by bursts of laughter. At the center of the event, the Béarnaise garbure kept all its promises: tasty and carefully prepared, it won over all the participants.
On the entertainment side, the groups Los Hardidets, 4ever Family, Johnny Garbure and the Noodles and Fen’x put on the show. The technical teams were able to guarantee sound quality that matched the event.
The profits of the evening were donated to the association Le Sourire des Anges which works with children suffering from chronic juvenile arthritis. This edition made it possible to raise 1,416 euros, an amount presented in the presence of the members of the committee, members of the association and former mayor Serge Bourdieu, under whose mandate the event took place.
The organizers thanked the support of local suppliers: Osez l’Escudé, Lannes Primeurs, the Darricarrere establishments, Le Pastis d’Amélie, the Maison du Jambon, Laffitte Boissons, as well as the involvement of volunteers.
