Netflix: all the new releases for April with the return of a beloved franchise

While yet another price increase risks affecting the French market, Netflix strives to satisfy its subscribers by regularly updating its catalog. The month of April promises to be particularly rich in new features, with many additions planned by the red N platform. Fans of Stranger Things will be particularly happy to devour the spin-off Stranger Things: Chronicles of 1985.

Scheduled for April 23, this animated series will develop between the events of seasons 2 and 3 of the main series. We will find Eleven, Mike, Will and others confronted with new threats from the Upside Down. Our heroes will be asked to investigate a paranormal mystery that is spreading terror in Hawkins. Enough to fill the fans’ gap after the broadcast of the final season 5.

Subscribers will also be able to watch the second act of the award-winning series Acharnés or the thriller Apexan original creation which features a climbing enthusiast (Charlize Theron) chased by a poacher (Taron Egerton). We are also curious to discover the series Man on Fire, new adaptation of AJ Quinnell’s novels. It is Yahya Abdul-Mateen II who will have the heavy responsibility of playing John Creasy, more than 20 years after the cult film of the same name directed by Denzel Washington.
