A link between East and West, he strove to modernize the capital, created the first public transport networks (buses, taxis, river shuttles), ice factory, department store, 7-story building…
Nicknamed “the beloved millionaire”, this esthete and entrepreneur inspired the story telling of the luxury hotel. In the heart of the Lumpini district, in the Pathum Wan district, is an exceptional green setting, the Nai Lert Park surrounding the former home of our hero. Inspired by the historic residence of Nai Lert Park, I sought to preserve its soul while infusing it with a contemporary style, faithful to the Aman spirit. Every detail, from the pieces made by local artisans to the carefully chosen antiques, contributes to this atmosphere of serenity and elegance, where luxury is experienced in simplicity. explains architect Jean-Michel Gathy. And in fact, the magic happens. From the moment you enter, the dialogue between culture and nature spreads like a wave.
