Overview | A century-old monument in Palm Beach
The Oetker Hotels group continues its international expansion: after iconic addresses such as the palace in Paris Le Bristol Paris and the Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, it signs its very first establishment in the United States with The Vineta Hotel, in Palm Beach, one of the most anticipated openings of 2026.
Located just steps from famous Worth Avenue, this century-old historic building has been completely redesigned to provide an elegant and intimate experience. Behind its preserved facade reveals a designer hotel with typical Mediterranean Renaissance charm, the emblematic architectural signature of Palm Beach.

The decoration, designed by Tino Zervudachi, subtly combines prints, marine inspirations and palettes of pastel tones. Designed for the well-being of its guests, the hotel also offers sports equipment in the room, morning yoga sessions by the pool as well as personalized support with a coach.
As for gastronomy, the Coco’s restaurant offers a menu born from the collaboration between Sébastian Broda, starred chef at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, and pastry chef Tarek Ahamada. The key: authentic Mediterranean cuisine, where we find some of the signature dishes of the Côte d’Azur establishment, such as Steak Diane or Bar Eden Roc.
