The manufacturer Razer presented the Razer Pro Type Ergo, a productivity-oriented wireless keyboard that focuses on ergonomics and the integration of tools dedicated to work.

The main advantage of the Pro Type Ergo is its design split into two parts. This arrangement aims to keep the hands and arms in a more natural posture to reduce fatigue during long typing sessions. The keyboard also offers several tilt angles as well as an integrated wrist rest to improve comfort.
Ergonomics at the heart of the concept
Razer has also revised certain keys to limit unnecessary movements. The keyboard integrates for example a second B key, a second space bar and a central backspace keyin order to facilitate frequent actions carried out with the thumbs.

On the striking side, the Pro Type Ergo uses touches low-profile with short stroke, designed to reduce the effort with each pressure. Several layers of internal soundproofing also help limit noise, a useful point in office environments or when teleworking.
The keyboard also incorporates several functions intended to improve productivity. We find five macro keys, a mic mute button and a control wheel customizable via software Razer Synapse. A function called AI Prompt Master also allows quick access to actions based on artificial intelligence, such as summarizing a text or writing a message.
Designed for hybrid work environments, the Pro Type Ergo can connect to multiple devices using technology Razer HyperSpeed WirelessBluetooth or via USB cable. On the autonomy side, Razer announces approximately three months of “normal” use.

The Razer Pro Type Ergo is already available on the official store from the manufacturer. To acquire it, you will have to pay the sum of 189.99 dollars, 199.99 euros or approximately 185.- CHF for Switzerland.
