Alain Bouvelle, the president, presented the 2025 activity and financial reports. The annual membership fee remains at 15 euros, as does the entrance fee of 14 euros, which allows for a reduced Sacem rate. Decisions were unanimously approved by the attending members.

Programming: a summer break

Facing recurring deficits and weather-related challenges, the association has decided to suspend summer concerts. Programming will resume in October, in collaboration with the Bordeaux association Espace Lisse and pianist Thomas Bercy. Dates and artists are yet to be confirmed.

The last three concerts saw sufficient attendance to balance the books, thanks to enhanced communication (new logo, signage, social media). Artist remuneration costs were reduced.

Among the planned improvements, the association aims to enhance its communication, such as highlighting the tapas bar (opening at 7:30 pm) on posters and online. Additionally, Jazz in Aubiac will have a stronger presence on social media with a dedicated page on the website and on Instagram.

New partnerships are also being discussed. The association hopes to collaborate with local music schools (Agen, Nérac, Astaffort, etc.) to showcase young talents by inviting them to play alongside professional musicians or attend concerts. A letter will be prepared by Alain Bouvelle and submitted to the board.
