SuperQ Quantum Computing Inc. (CSE: QBTQ) (FSE: 25X) (OTCQB: QBTQF), also known as SuperQ, has announced the acceleration of its agricultural research vertical through key Canadian and global engagements to enhance international food resilience. The company is partnering with Agriculture and Agri-food Canada (AAFC) at the world’s first Quantum Super Hub and collaborating with the Alliance Biodiversity International and CIAT.

SuperQ recently hosted a specialized masterclass called “Exploring Quantum in Agriculture Research” at the Quantum Super Hub in Lethbridge, Alberta. This event, led by Eyren Uggenti, Head of Professional Services, aimed to provide federal researchers with a technical bridge between domain-specific constraints and hybrid quantum-supercomputing utility.

According to Krishna Ganesh, COO of SuperQ, the masterclass creates a high-performance research environment for AAFC scientists to experience the Super platform’s orchestration layer and tackle complex, high-dimensional problems in global food science.

Furthermore, SuperQ has established a strategic collaboration with the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT to leverage its proprietary technology for agricultural research and plant breeding. This partnership aims to accelerate resistance breeding for critical crops and shorten development cycles for disease-resistant varieties.

Acknowledging the need for massive computational power to solve complex challenges, SuperQ is working with institutions like the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Mathematics ITWM and AAFC to address global food security issues through advanced hybrid optimization.

SuperQ Quantum Computing Inc. aims to reduce barriers to quantum and supercomputing commercialization and provide immediate business impact across various sectors. The company is headquartered in Canada and has an international presence in regions like the US, Middle East, and Asia.
