It is within the Leucate Village sports complex that the Aude departmental taekwondo committee has just organized a one-day course on Saturday March 28, in partnership with the Leucate Team Arino Taekwondo club.
This course, organized in agreement with the French Federation of Taekwondo and associated disciplines, aimed to prepare for the rank of 1st dan black belt but also to train departmental grade transition judges as part of their FFTDA training courses.
Supervised by Master Sébastien Arino 7th dan, who was happy to share his knowledge and experience, this course brought together nearly 70 people who are fans of the complete sporting discipline of taekwondo, coming from the four corners of the department. All the modules of the grade passage have been seen, in order to allow everyone to improve and be ready on D-day. Note that two passages are already planned for May 2 and the June 14both in Leucate.
The organization of this type of course marks the evolution of the Aude committee, under the presidency of Gaëlle Arino black belt 4th dan, who, originally from the commune, has worked for many years for the development of taekwondo in Leucate, which has become a strategic and recognized place for this discipline, the department of Aude and the entire Occitanie region.
Team Arino knows how to combine effort, a sense of discipline and the quality of training and supervision. It is also a formula that has worked very well for several years through the various courses that it organizes.
