A moment that mixes sport and prevention
Once a month, at the end of the session, a health professional takes some time with the sportswomen, to discuss various topics such as sexual or nutritional insecurity, mental health or the prevention of Sexually Transmitted Infections.
For this first female fitness session, the topic was endometriosis. A choice made within the framework of the international day for the fight and prevention of this disease.  Â
These sessions are for now organized until June 12. The Fête le Mur association, which initiated the project, hopes to see it continue and restart it from September, in order to make it a real sporting season over 32 sessions.
