Le Bristol Paris transforms your sports sessions into a 5-star experience

What if you went to push iron or perform your yoga postures in a 5-star hotel? This is now what Le Bristol Paris is offering by opening the doors of its Bristol Society Fitness Club to external customers. On site, a space of 117 m², bathed in light and organized into several zoneshosts both cardio and strength training sessions as well as gentler practices such as yoga, Pilates Reformer or stretching. A room can be entirely privatized for personalized sessions, while the main room has the latest generation equipment for more intense training.

The club also offers two types of subscription : the classic subscription opens access to equipment, treatments, coaching and certain gastronomic experiences, while the Signature subscription allows complete immersion with all club services and privileges included.

Wellness Sundays: a Sunday at Bristol

Continuing this offer, Le Bristol Paris is also launching Wellness Sundays, Sunday meetings that put movement, breathing and relaxation at the center of the experience. Each session is constructed as a precise protocol where listening to the body takes precedence over performance. To support these sessions, the club collaborates with Laure Dary, professional dancer and founder of Maison Of(f) Wellness, whose approach combines dance, yoga and Pilates. The sessions are offered according to four seasonal protocols : Spring Reset to revive energy and release tension, Summer Boost to tone and strengthen posture, Fall Realign to work deep muscles and improve mobility, and Winter Restore to release accumulated tension through stretching and breathing.

These appointments can be extended with a healthy breakfast or lunch at Café Antonia, or with a tailor-made 55-minute massage at Spa Le Bristol by La Mer, offering a complete wellness experience. The next Wellness Sundays will take place on June 21, September 20 and December 13.
