In cinemas since March 4, 2026, “Jumpers” has the best start in Pixar history since “Coco”, in 2017. The opportunity to develop our non-exhaustive and subjective ranking of the studio’s best cartoons.

They rocked our young years and continue to make entire generations dream. The cartoons from Pixar studios no longer need to be presented. “Toy Story”, “Monsters and Co”, “Up there”, “Finding Nemo” or even “Soul” and “Elementary” – for the most recent – have all crossed our path one day. Ah nostalgia, when you hold us…

On March 4, Pixar unveiled its latest masterpiece: “Jumpers.” An animated gem that tells the epic tale of Mabel, a rebellious teenager who tries to save a nature reserve from the construction of a highway. A funny and touching film that manages to appeal to the whole family since it achieves the best start in Pixar history since the release of “Coco” in 2017.

The best Pixar cartoons to see absolutely

Founded in 1979, the Californian Pixar Studios was first a subsidiary of the Lucasfilm Computer Division, before being bought by Steve Jobs seven years later. It was at this time that the company, originally oriented towards IT, diversified by turning to animation – thanks to them. From 1995, Pixar joined forces with the giant Disney to co-produce a handful of feature films. A collaboration which ended with a buyout in 2006.

Today, Pixar is a subsidiary of the big-eared firm and continues to make young and old alike dream through its animated cartoons. Proof of their talent for telling and visualizing stories, the studios have won no less than eleven Oscars for best animated film (award created in 2002). Thus, “Finding Nemo”, “The Incredibles”, “Ratatouilles”, “Wall-E”, “Up There”, “Toy Story 3”, “Rebel”, “Vice-Versa”, “Coco”, “Toy Story 4” » and one of the latest “Soul” were crowned with the prestigious golden statuette.
