Samsung expands its OLED TV ranges with the S99H, S95H, S90H and S85H series
More precisely, the entry-level S85H television series uses WOLED panels from LG Display and offers a refresh rate of 100 or 120 Hz depending on the diagonals. It incorporates improved algorithms such as 4K AI Upscaling for increased sharpness on SD/HD signals, as well as Auto HDR Remastering to optimize SDR content into HDR. The Adaptive Sound function adjusts the sound to the content, while the AI Customization Mode personalizes the image and audio. Available in 48, 55, 65, 77 and 83 inches, it competes with the LG OLED B5 (and B6 coming in 2026) in its accessibility, but without the brightness peaks of the higher models. The screen is installed on two feet.

The S90H series will eventually be marketed under the name S92H. It occupies the mid-range. It gains 15% brightness compared to the previous S90F, with a Glare Free 3.0 coating and a refresh rate of 165 Hz. The 55, 65 and 77 inch models adopt QD-OLED panels from Samsung Display, while the 42, 48 and 83 inches use Tandem WOLED from LG.

The NQ4 AI Gen3 processor is there to analyze scenes in real time and boost 4K upscaling and colors via Color Booster Pro. Compatible with gaming with VRR, ALLM and HDMI 2.1, it is positioned against the Sony A95L (which remains in the 2026 catalog) and the LG C6, offering more compact sizes such as the 42 inches absent from certain rivals.
At the top, the S95H series succeeds the S95F series with 35% more brightness, depending on the brand, a metal frame, anti-reflective treatment and Wireless One Connect support for eight HDMI 2.1 inputs (optional). This series wants to compete with LG’s G6 series. Note the presence of a central foot to hold the screen.

The 48 and 83 inches use Tandem WOLED panels, the others use QD-OLED. It introduces access to the Art Store to display static images without the risk of burning, and Zero Gap Wall Mount. It is delivered with a One Connect external box connected to the television by a single cable.

The S99H series, a new ultra-premium product, surpasses the S95H with thick metal borders, anti-reflective treatment, a maximum native frequency of 165 Hz, and a QD-OLED panel (Tandem WOLED in 83 inches).

According to Samsung, it excels in contrast and gaming, wanting to surpass the Panasonic Z95B in wireless option, particularly with the One Connect remote wireless box (optional), but its frame design distinguishes it from the thin borders of the LG G6.

These models share Dolby Atmos compatibility, Object Tracking Sound, seven years of Tizen updates, and AI features like Energy Mode or Gaming Hub.
Micro RGB televisions from 55 inches
Samsung completes its 2026 ranges with the Micro RGB R85H and R95H series televisions, flagship technology of CES 2026. Micro RGB backlighting (Mini microscopic red, green and blue LEDs), the first of its kind at this scale, aims to ensure exceptional chromatic precision via control local RGB, surpassing OLEDs in brightness and colorimetric volume without risk of burning.

The R85H series targets “ l’entrée accessible “, in 55, 65, 75 and 85 inches, with 4K 120 Hz panel (up to 144 Hz), Micro RGB AI Engine for upscaling, and priority wall design despite the feet provided. It intends to compete with the TCL MR9L and Hisense UR8S also with an RGB Mini-LED backlighting system. This series is mounted on two feet.

The R95H series goes upmarket with 65, 75, 85 and 115 inches (the latter already available). It wants to compete with the Hisense UR9S series. It is brighter, according to Samsung, than the R85H series. It optimizes the depth of blacks and the richness of colors, ideal for home cinema or large format. All models incorporate Glare Free and are designed to be wall-mounted, according to Samsung, although a central stand is provided.
