BMO Asset Management and BMO Investments no longer accept direct subscriptions for units since 1is avril.
The rights of unitholders of the affected ETFs and fund will terminate on the termination date, including the ability to exchange or redeem their units. All shares still held on this date will then be subject to compulsory redemption.
On or about the Termination Date, BMO Asset Management and BMO Investments will convert the portfolio of each Terminating ETF and Terminating Fund into cash, to the extent possible. On the dissolution date, the proceeds remaining after the settlement of liabilities and obligations will be distributed pro rata among the respective unitholders, based on the net asset value per unit.
Units of the Terminating ETFs and Fund will be voluntarily delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange and Cboe Canada, respectively, effective at the close of business on June 15, 2026. Until such date and time, units of these products will continue to be listed and traded.
