Charles Emond underlined that Emmanuelle Leclerc-Granger is recognized for her ability to mobilize her teams in transformation contexts. The manager joined the Cirque du Soleil Group in 2016, where she successively held the positions of controller then head of financial management from 2021.

She was noted for her leadership, both in periods of growth and in more demanding contexts, indicates the Caisse in a press release. She notably participated in the recovery of the group’s finances, which had to suspend its shows during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, the manager had worked for ten years in auditing and financial services with multinationals within the firm KPMG.

“After several exceptional years within Cirque du Soleil, where I had the privilege of collaborating with talented and passionate teams, I am preparing to turn an important page in my professional career. […] I am delighted to contribute to the mission of an organization that plays a key role in the development of Quebec and its partnerships around the world,” she declared on social networks.

Holder of a DESS in public accounting from the University of Quebec in Montreal and a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a specialization in accounting from Mc Gill University, Emmanuelle Leclerc-Granger holds the CPA title.

With this appointment, she will become the fifth woman to sit on the management committee of La Caisse, which currently has 11 members, including Sarah-Émilie Bouchard, Rana Ghorayeb, Ève Giard and Kim Thomassin, according to the La Caisse website.
