The Glénans sailing school is launching a new immersive course aimed at 12-14 year olds: “Les Loups-Garous de l’ÃŽle Verte”. The experience is based on learning to sail, but leisure is also included: life-size games and collective adventure on this wild island. Four different sessions are offered in summer 2026.
Teaching teenagers to sail and giving them missions on a desert island… This is the challenge taken by the Glénans sailing school which, with almost 80 years of experience, is launching a new concept this summer: “ The Werewolves of Green Island HAS”. An immersive sailing course for 12 to 14 year olds on the Bréhat archipelago (Côtes d’Armor).

Inspired by the board game of Werewolfthis course transforms a week of navigation into a life-size adventure. Upon their arrival on Green Island, the trainees are assigned a secret identity and a mission: navigate, observe, deduce and unmask the werewolves hidden among the monitors.
The Glénans reinvent the teen course in Paimpol
Accessible only by boat, ÃŽle Verte is one of the historic sites of the Glénans sailing school in Paimpol. It will welcome teenagers for four sessions during the summer of 2026. The trainees will return to the base each evening after their outing at sea on the small sailboats. Glénans 5.70boats designed by and for the sailing school.
On the program: boat management, basic maneuvering, sail adjustments, reading weather conditions… but also cooperation, decision-making and team spirit. The course is open to all levels, no sailing experience is required. The price of stays ranges between 625 and 710 euros (activities, food, and accommodation included).

Beyond navigation, this course obviously allows teenagers to create bonds. Young people learn to know each other, to trust each other and to communicate in a context where cooperation is essential: on board (as in the game). A week cut off from everyday life, in one of the most beautiful archipelagos in Brittany.
The proposed dates:
- from June 27 to July 3
- from July 11 to July 17
- from July 25 to July 31
