Summer sports courses at Vieilles-Forges: registrations are underway! | Ardennes Departmental Council

How to register?

In order to facilitate registration for sports courses organized in summer on the Vieilles-Forges site, the Departmental Council has launched the Ardennes Family Portal. A single platform to reserve, send supporting documents and pay for registration.

New: payment for the course will be made upon registration. For other payment methods (ANCV and checks), registration must be made at the Vieilles-Forges activity base.

Step 1: Create your account (if you already have an account go directly to step 2)
To get started, you will need an email address.

On the home page, click on “Create an account” and enter your identity and email address.

An email will then allow you to validate the creation of your account.

All you have to do is complete all the information relating to the composition of your family: identity of the children, health information, administrative documents, etc.

After having completed the information concerning the composition of your family, the Prevention, Sports and Leisure Service will validate your profile in the following days. You will then be ready for all your registrations for the year!

Step 2: choose your training dates and submit a reservation request
Congratulations, your account is created, you can now go to the “My reservations” tab and select the desired week of training for your child.

Once the reservation request has been made, it is directly transmitted to the Prevention, Sports and Leisure Department which will validate or not your request depending on the places available. You will then receive an email confirming your child’s registration as well as a summary of your request (dates, day school, half-board, etc.).

Step 3: make your payment
Once your registration has been validated, you will receive your invoice by email with the different payment terms. Please note that you will be able to pay directly online via the Family Portal.
