With 100% compliance obtained during the quality control Datadock, conducted by the joint financing bodies including the Operators of Competences – OPCO, Université Paris Saclay confirms the quality of the training devices and the rigor of the processes put in place for the apprentices.

100% Compliance in OPCO audit, proof of quality of apprenticeship training

Conducted by an independent auditor appointed by the consortium of OPCO, this audit aimed to examine the pedagogical, administrative, and organizational practices of the CFA, as well as several apprenticeship courses offered by Université Paris-Saclay.

The final report found 100% compliance with all evaluated criteria, including:

  • The quality of the training offered to apprentices;
  • The structure of internal processes;
  • The mobilization and cohesion of pedagogical and administrative teams;
  • The collective commitment to a process of continuous improvement.

Such recognition confirms the institution’s ability to offer apprenticeship training that meets the quality standards expected by funders and socio-economic partners.

The CFA of Paris-Saclay, a hub of competences for excellent learning

Established in September 2023 within the Directorate of Lifelong Learning and Training (DFTLV) of the university, the CFA of Université Paris-Saclay, led by Sylviane Liotenberg, who is also the apprenticeship mission manager of the university, offers demanding, innovative training directly linked to business needs.

Becoming a true “hub of competences,” the CFA provides close support to apprentices and pedagogical teams, coordinating learning within the university based on the highest quality standards.

Last September, the CFA supported 1,230 apprentices in 51 courses, approximately 30% of the university’s apprentices. For September next year, it plans to host 54 courses and 1,350 apprentices.

Support in three axes, the foundation of the university’s pedagogy

For the CFA of Université Paris-Saclay, support is at the core of the institution’s pedagogy. It is based on three fundamental pillars:

  • Aid in recruitment: organizing targeted coaching workshops and job dating sessions to guide students in their search for contracts;
  • The Success Triptych: close monitoring ensuring a permanent link between the apprentice, the company’s training master, and the university’s pedagogical tutor;
  • The “Grand Campus” environment: access to all university services, including specific services for disabilities, student life, and health.
