JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – All eastbound lanes of 103rd St. are closed at Batley Rd. due to a traffic crash, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Two westbound lanes on 103rd are also shut down.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the crash is fatal.
Jacksonville Fire and Rescue remain on scene.
