The Kold Vendée Kontest is a surfing event that takes place at the beginning of the year on the coast of Lumiére. It is the only local competition open to everyone, licensed or not.
This year, the event will take place on 1 March on Tanchet beach in Les Sables-d’Olonne. It will run from 9 am to 5 pm. Organized by the Olonna Surf Club and its team of enthusiasts, the competition brings together the best local surfers divided into two categories: those over 16 and those under 16.
Restoration and Raffle
If you wish to participate, places are limited. The price is $10 for a spot, regardless of category. There will also be a refreshment area and a bar.
This year, the Olonna Surf Club is also organizing a raffle with a custom Daddy Seal surfboard up for grabs. For $5, try to win the jackpot! The prize distribution will take place on site.
