The University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas and the Francophone University of Asia (UFA) jointly announce the offshore opening of the degree in Management with the Organization Management and Digitalization (MOD) specialty “Distribution, Logistics and Digitalization” in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The diploma will be delivered by the Panthéon-Assas University and recognized by the French state, thus opening the doors to a wide choice of master’s degrees in France and internationally.
Training supported by a solid academic and institutional network
The newly created UFA is supported by the Cambodian conglomerate OCIC, a recognized investor in education (École Française Internationale, Canadian International School, Cambodia University of Technology and Science), and supported by the AUF, the leading global university network bringing together 1007 French-speaking establishments in 119 countries. This consortium combines academic expertise, solid local roots and a French-speaking institutional network to guarantee the quality of the program.
A program compliant with the standards of Panthéon-Assas University
Compliant with the academic requirements of the Paris campus, the program covers all of the fundamental lessons in management and administration. It thus guarantees students training identical to that provided in France, validated by the Panthéon-Assas University and recognized internationally.
Organization of studies and admission conditions
This license will be awarded over 3 years with a teaching team made up of teacher-researchers from Panthéon-Assas who will teach on site in Phnom Penh, and resident teachers. Admissions are made on file by direct application. This license is aimed at students from French or French-speaking high schools throughout Southeast Asia who hold a baccalaureate. In order to facilitate the integration of students of all origins, courses will be taught in French and English. A foundation year could be offered to students whose level of French requires prior reinforcement.

A response to the growing demand for French-speaking education in Asia
“We are very happy to be able to participate in this partnership which makes it possible to offer students based in Asia excellent French university education. With this Bachelor’s degree, they will be able to consider entering the Asian job market, or continuing their study in France in a Master’s degree. HAS”
Jean-Baptiste Welté, University Professor of Management Sciences, Panthéon-Assas University
The launch of this training therefore takes place in a favorable context: the growth in demand for higher education in Southeast Asia, the continued expansion of AEFE establishments in the region, and the holding in Cambodia, in 2026, of the Francophonie Summit. This calendar gives the project a strong symbolic dimension for the entire French-speaking community in the region.
A system adapted to the constraints of students in the region
“Leaving too young for France, without having adequate family or logistical support can be difficult for our children. This offshore degree allows them to start their studies in Asia in excellent conditions while remaining close to their family and to open up a wide choice of masters degrees. HAS”
Amaury de Saint Blanquat, co-founder, Francophone University of Asia
