A major issue for the representation of agents

THE consultative bodies play a key role in the management of careers, working conditions and social projects. They will make it possible to elect all the staff representatives called upon to sit in various bodies. Depending on your assignment and your status, you will have to vote for your representatives in:

• Collective consultation bodies. At the ministerial, employer and local level, they deal with subjects that concern the daily life of agents (organization of services, equality, disability and non-discrimination policies, mobility, working conditions, effects of environmental and technological transformations, etc.).

  – The comité social d’administration ministériel (CSAM) for all staff.

  – The social committee of network administration (CSAR) or service (CSAS), if you exercise your functions within the EMA, the DGA, the Navy, the Army, the Air and Space Force, the DRH-MD, the DSNJ, the SCA, the SID, the CND, the SSA, the SEO, the SIAé and the SIMu.

  – The social committee of the establishmentif you are assigned to one of the public establishments under the supervision of the ministry.

  – The comité social d’administration centrale (CSA AC), if you work in central administration or in a service with national competence.

  – The basic defense social administration committee(CSA BDD), if you work in an external service.

   

• Individual consultation bodieswhich examine some individual decisions (refusal of tenure and dismissal during internship, refusal of professional training leave, etc.) and the appeals made by agents(CREP, disciplinary sanctions, etc.).

  – The commission administrative paritaire (CAP) for civil servants (A+, A, B, C), all professional sectors combined.

  – The unified joint consultative commission (CCPU) for contract agents.

  РThe specific joint committee of engineers, technical-commercial executives and technicians (CPS ICT-TCT) for contract agents of the DGA and SIA̩ concerned.

  – The commission for the advancement of personnel with worker status(CAPSO) of attachment for state workers.

  The results of the elections to each social administrative committee determine the union representation in the specialized training in health, safety and working conditionswhich are attached to them.

  The results of elections to the basic defense administration social committees and the central administration social committee also determine union representation in the social committees of the Social Action of the Armed Forceswho contribute to the implementation of the ministry’s social action policy. The staff representatives make known the needs expressed by the agents. They formulate opinions and make any proposals on measures likely to better respond to them. They determine the use of credits allocated to community and cultural social actions.
