In Yvelines, Alexandre Cordonnier, grain farmer, has to refuel his agricultural machinery. Problem, the price of non-road diesel (GNR) has almost doubled in recent weeks. “We are going to arrive at this harvest period where we have to consume GNR. We are looking at very, very high consumption”
