The “bachelor agro AGRI 360” is aimed at holders of a bac +2 and offers an additional year of training to develop open-mindedness and practical skills. Students will be trained in all support professions around the agricultural installation: advice, agricultural development, sector management and technical support. This program, which will begin at the start of the 2026 school year, combines concrete field work and higher education to meet the growing needs of the sector. It responds to a major challenge: preparing professionals capable of supporting farms in a context of agroecological transition and generational renewal.
Students will benefit from teaching rooted in the field thanks to direct access to the operation of the EPLEFPA in Fontaines. A concrete immersion which allows you to understand the realities of the profession and to prepare relevant support missions. Two weeks of training at the Institut Agro Dijon will complete this course, offering a recognized academic environment and broader perspectives.
Active and professional teaching
The official launch on March 24 made it possible to present the educational orientations: skill blocks, active teaching, work in project mode and exchanges with different players in the sector. The objective is to build a common vision centered on key skills for the professions of agricultural advice and support.
Accessible through school or apprenticeship, this training is part of the region and aims to attract young people motivated by meaningful professions. It illustrates the desire of EPLEFPA de Fontaines and the Institut Agro Dijon to offer innovative higher education close to the needs of the agricultural world.
Train for new agricultural professions
Modern agricultural systems require new skills, beyond traditional production. The AGRI 360 bachelor prepares professionals capable of managing innovation, farm resilience and adaptation to environmental, economic and social challenges.
