As part of the Federal Sports Project (PSF), US Colomiers Natation is organizing discovery courses for middle school students during the next school holidays. The objective is to allow young people to learn or improve swimming in a secure and educational environment, while facilitating access to federal practice.

The courses will take place from Monday April 20 to Friday April 24, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the Colomiers swimming pool, located at 6, allée de la Piscine. Each session is limited to twenty participants. Beginners, occasional college students or new unlicensed practitioners are invited to participate.

The sessions will be adapted to each person’s level and will include familiarization and aquatic ease, learning the four strokes (crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly), introduction to aquatic rescue and fun activities such as relays and group games. The courses will be supervised by qualified educators from US Colomiers Natation, guaranteeing safety and educational quality.

The participation amounts to 20 euros per young person, corresponding to the FFN license, including compulsory insurance. The objective of the course is to develop confidence and technical foundations, to promote integration within the club and to encourage the continuation of club practice.
