Big news this year in professions that are recruiting, the establishment of seven outdoor trade villages, including two new themes: sport and entertainment, security and defense. These villages were dedicated to sectors with high recruitment potential: health, sanitary and social, landscape, agriculture and agri-food, transport, logistics and soft mobility, construction and public works, industry and nuclear industry, sport and entertainment and security and defense.

Within these spaces, visitors and candidates could meet training organizations, companies, OPCOs and representatives of professional sectors, while discovering concrete business demonstrations. The show also offered several complementary spaces: a multi-sector space with thirty-two training organizations and a recruiter space bringing together sixty-three companies. There was also an information-orientation area and a stand dedicated to professional development advice and the validation of acquired experience (VAE), a business creation and takeover area.
