In the show “Les 12 Coups de midi”, two great champions stand out not only for their performance but also for their methods. Emilien and Cyprien adopt very different strategies to uncover the mystery stars.
They are undoubtedly the two last champions who have strongly marked TF1’s game. On one hand, Emilien, who stayed on “12 Coups de midi” for 21 months between September 25, 2023, and July 6, 2025, the day of his eviction. This historic longevity allowed him to win 646 victories and 2,566,931 euros, unprecedented in the show.
After a few months of uncertainty, another exceptional master of noon entered the daily routine of viewers. On September 19, 2025, Cyprien, a 22-year-old orchestra conductor with impressive general culture, arrived. Over the weeks, the student became the fifth greatest champion of the program with 190 successes and 767,960 euros, a series in progress.
Cyprien is trying to unlock his 8th mystery star. While rumors of an upcoming departure spread, this Fontenay-sous-Bois native in Val-de-Marne is currently trying to obtain an eighth mystery star. Although all the boxes on the grid have been uncovered, the absence of a master move prevents the young man from winning a car and adding 26,837 euros to his already substantial kitty. Each noon master has a different technique to solve the mystery. Emilien, who found 23, confirmed the difficulty of the clues on the screen: “They are very difficult to link together and can make many people think.”
Emilien received external help. Between shoots, he was assisted by his partner, Jessica, who said, “I did my own research to help him.” Cyprien also revealed his strategy, especially how he managed to identify tennis player Rafael Nadal without any clues. “I had a mix of male and female choices in the stars,” he explained. “Then I thought of Emilien, who had come across Fernando Alonso. I hadn’t had a sportsman since I arrived,” he added. A master move!
