Arriving on March 18, 2026, Sandy is causing a stir on France 2’s N’oubliez pas les paroles! In an interview she granted us, the Maestro opened up without filters, sharing anti-stress tips, lucky charms, and revision methods.

Die-hard fans of N’oubliez pas les paroles are won over! Sandy has put an end to the Maestros’ swirl that had been going on for a few months. To top it off, this isn’t her first time on the show. She had tried her luck in 2025, but to no avail.

TV News: This isn’t your first time on the show. What made you want to come back?

Sandy. I wanted to take my revenge because the first time I went there, I failed not because I hadn’t revised, but due to a lack of concentration. Stress had also overwhelmed me during the “La Même chanson” challenge. I wanted to prove to myself that I was capable of doing it and succeeding.

You quickly increased your earnings by pocketing 20,000 euros in your first win. What’s your secret?

Honestly, I think there is no secret, it’s really luck of the draw. I strongly believe in my lucky star, I truly think that when things align for us, they align for us. I mean when the right song that I revised falls, even though there is an infinitely large repertoire in the show. You really have to be lucky that the song you revised comes up, and that’s what happened to me.

You mentioned knowing “750 songs by heart.” What is your revision method?

I really learn them. I know 750 by heart, but I revised a total of 1200. I learn the songs like poetry. I mainly focus on the lyrics at first, and only then do I learn to match them with the sound. For that, I print them, put them in binders, learn them, and then recite them with my revision partner [editor’s note: Maureen, whom she had lost to in her first appearance and who came to support her on the set during the first 11 episodes]. We call each other, and we really do it like on the show: we recite the song and when the other makes a mistake, it’s over, they go into the red.

You have an overflowing energy. Are you stressed before the recordings? What is your anti-stress miracle remedy?

Honestly, yes, I’m not going to lie! We put some pressure on ourselves before entering the set, but I think it’s totally normal. Now, the atmosphere, it is so good up there that the stress comes down just as quickly. Nagui also makes us very comfortable, so it’s true that it stresses us out [editor’s note: among the Maestros]. My little tip is to use Bach Flowers before going on the set to channel emotions.

Do you have a lucky charm?

I’ve been wearing the same socks since the beginning of the shows. They are little white socks with small four-leaf clovers in green. They are St. Patrick’s Day socks!

You work in cosmetics. How do you manage the shootings with your job? Do you handle both?

Yes, I had to take time off. Clearly, I go back and forth between shootings, my job, and then I go back to shooting and back to work. I do the Paris-Metz round trips whenever necessary.

Do you have any anti-fatigue tips?

Restful and moisturizing eye contour masks.
