– They are open to all young club players who are moving towards competition,
– Lasting 2 to 4 days, they will allow young people to train, compete and discover training, technique and set sporting goals.
– Friendly moments, they also allow you to see the high level with the supervisors and high-level athletes present at the course.
– On the internship program:
o Technical sessions, paddle stroke, turn, departure… with video taking and analysis.
o Physical and rowing tests.
o Challenges on the water.
o Notions of training, race strategy and vision of the high level and the French teams.
The next two courses:
– From Thursday 14 to Sunday 17 May 2026 in Sainte Maxime.
– From Friday July 3 (in the evening) to Monday July 6, 2026: including the 10 Hours of Vassivière, in Vassivière.
