The annual accounts for the 2025 financial year of the company Les Hôtels Baverez were approved by the Board of Directors on March 31, 2026 and certified by the Statutory Auditor.
The annual accounts as of December 31, 2025 present a net profit of €2,183,878.
The total du bilan s’élève à 76,4 M€
Active cash amounted to €28.0 million as of December 31, 2025, it was €37.5 million as of December 31, 2024. Outstanding borrowings represent a balance of €18.5 million for €15.5 million at the end of 2024.
The amount of fixed assets after depreciation amounts to €46.4 million and the amount of equity excluding income amounts to €46.4 million.
The renovation of the Raphael hotel is still in progress and should be completed at the end of 2026.
