After the failure of its acquisition of Warner and a recent price increase for its US subscribers, Netflix has released its list of new films, series, shows, and documentaries added to its catalog in April 2026.
This new lineup includes the return of series like “Acharnés,” “XO, Kitty,” and “Stranger Things,” as well as interesting films such as the intense “Apex,” the comedic “Un ours dans le Jura” by Franck Dubosc, and the outstanding “Godzilla Minus One.”
The popular series “Acharnés” is back for its second season, featuring a power struggle between a wealthy Korean billionaire couple, portrayed by Steven Yeun and Ali Wong. The highly acclaimed series returns with a new clash between two couples played by Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Cailee Spaeny, and Charles Melton.
The movie “Apex” explores the theme of survival in the Australian wilderness, starring Charlize Theron and Taron Egerton, directed by Baltasar Kormákur.
Other new additions to Netflix in April 2026 include a variety of series, documentaries, and films. Viewers can expect a diverse range of content to keep them entertained throughout the month.
