RSA: First Episode of a Legal Battle
The CGT Departmental Union and six other plaintiffs have initiated legal proceedings to denounce the management and monitoring of recipients of the Active Solidarity Income (RSA) by the Departmental Council of Finistère.
On Monday, March 30, 2026, its president, Maël de Calan, and Romain Chantelot, the director of the employment, integration, and housing service, are summoned to appear in court at the Brest tribunal at 1:30 pm.
In this case, the six RSA recipients claim to be victims of psychological harassment during controls carried out by the Department.
On his part, Maël de Calan condemns “an abusive procedure”.
Preparation for the Grand Oral of the Bac
Sophie Lucas-Deleplanque, a vocal coach and public speaking trainer in Quimper, is launching a special coaching program for high school seniors who will take the Grand Oral of the Bac.
Her sessions are scheduled from April to June with a small group (maximum 6 spots). The first session is scheduled for April 13, 2026.
