On Monday, March 23, 2026, Axelle Perronnet discussed a topic that will surely delight her community. The candidate from “Familles nombreuses” shared her tips for regaining the desired silhouette.

Axelle Perronnet is one of the new candidates on “Familles nombreuses, la vie en XXL” on TF1. In the show, she shares her daily life with her children Ninna (6 years), Auxanna (4 years), and the twins Eden and Ambroise (3 years), as well as the youngest, Rosella (almost 9 months). She is also very active on social media. On March 23, 2026, she revealed the secret to her new silhouette.

Axelle Perronnet, a mother of five children, devotes her time to taking care of them as a stay-at-home mom. Viewers of TF1 were able to witness the birth of little Rosella on “Familles nombreuses.” A birth that the 26-year-old brunette wanted to happen at home, surrounded by her mother and husband Florian.

Despite being a full-time mom, Axelle Perronnet finds time to take care of herself and her body. Recently, she struggled to achieve the desired silhouette. However, she received advice from ChatGPT which she shared in a video on TikTok and Instagram on Monday, March 23. She said, “I updated my diet and exercise a bit because I made a lot of changes in a month, and it really helped me get out of my plateau. Since Rosella, I had been stuck. What I did was readjust my entire workout routine and also my diet. I started by asking ChatGPT to calculate my daily caloric intake that I need in a day. I provided all my information: my age, gender, breastfeeding, being a mother of five children, how I sleep, my hormones, the medications I take… Absolutely everything. So, it calculated a daily intake of 2,600 calories for me. Together, we calculated what I was eating, because I didn’t notice. I was actually around 1,200-1,300 calories, less than half of what I should have been eating. We saw that something was definitely wrong,” said the mother.

Axelle Perronnet then explained that she was “bloated” and “flabby” in the belly area. She took measures to finally see results. And it paid off! “I returned to intense weight training like after my twins (…) every day, except Sunday. With pole dancing twice a week and inclined walking. I added a little running for pleasure because I missed it. In a month, I lost 2 centimeters off my waist, 2 centimeters off my thighs, but I gained two kilos,” she concluded. This proves that the weight on the scale doesn’t always indicate much.
