Point Roadknight is a great family beach. Easy to access, with public tolets and electric BBQs. A Take-away and Cafe operates over the summer holiday period.

The Point Roadknight reef and sand dune offers protection to the Bay from large swells and southerly sea breezes.

During the summer holidays and weekends this beach is patrolled by the Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club. Their annual fundraiser, the Rock2Ramp ocean swim is held at Point Roadknight and is open to the novice and serious competitor alike.

Beach Information

Beach Emergency Access Number: 95W (Beach)

General Warnings: Unstable cliff face, Boats Launching and Beaching.

Life Saving Services: This beach is patrolled only when the red flags are displayed by lifesavers. This service is provided from 26th December to 26th January. Anglesea Beach, located 2km to the East of this location is patrolled at weekends and public holidays from the last weekend in November to Easter Monday.
