Applications for the Deans Marsh Home Brewing Competition are now open. Competition categories include Larger, Ale, Pilsner, Stout & Cider.
Beer and cider will be judged on colour, clarity, flavour (hops, malt, and sugar), depth and bouquet.
Judging will be by a panel of 3 very experienced beer drinkers! Two large bottles (750mls) or 4 small bottles (375mls) must be submitted per category by 10am on the day of competition.
Entry fee is $5.00 per category.
Applications must be received by 16th March 2012.
