The Winchelsea Uniting Church is holding its annual fundraising auction this Saturday at the Hesse Street Reserve. If you like visiting farm clearing sales or looking for the perfect collectors item, then you'll love this auction. It has become quite an event with lots to see and do.
If you have anything to sell you can drop it off Friday between 9am – 7pm at the Reserve or before 8.30am Saturday.
The Hon. Auctioneers, Charles Stewart & Co. from Colac will begin the selling at 9.30 am.
There is wide range of items to go under the hammer including livestock, plants, poultry, household items, antiques, furniture, books, toys, machinery, tools, hay, Fefcing and sundry items.
The auction is well catered for with tea /coffee, cold drinks and hot donuts.The local bakers are hard at this week to stock the cake stall. There will also be a White Elephant Stall and barbecue.
