Fire Action Week 2010 calls on all Victorians to prepare for the upcoming fire season.
CFA urges everyone, no matter where they live, to learn more about fire and make use of the many products and services available to help plan for their individual fire risk.
Running from Sunday 10 to Sunday 17 October 2010, the week centres around community events that focus on the importance of writing and practising a fire plan, as well as clearing up and preparing your property.
Fire Action Week is part of the whole-of-government Summer Fire Campaign, and fire agencies will promote the activities they are taking to prepare Victoria for the event of bushfires.
